The Black Dye Merchant is located in the northeast section of the Kushi Prefecture of the Toyotama region, in a cave up in the hills just east of Kawamata Village along a dirt road. Take the roads west along the peak to find his home nestled in the back. The White Dye Merchant is located in upper Kashine prefecture of the Izuhara region, found along a mountain called Wanderer's Pass on the map, north of Kashine Forest. There are two unique merchants hiding in the island of Tsushima who have entirely unique armor and bow dyes from any other merchant you will encounter - and can be hard to track down. Since you can collect flowers while on horseback, it's highly recommended that you always keep a lookout when traveling from one point to another and grabbing any that you pass on the way, as there are many dyes to unlock over the course of the game. By setting flowers to be tracked, your guiding wind will constantly reorient to point you in the direction of the nearest flowers. Luckily, one of the perks of the Traveler's Attire you are given by Merchants is that they can track collectible items via the Guiding Wind - and this includes Flowers. Lighthouses are one of these, and while they dont have a direct reward. Flowers can also be found in abundance in certain towns like Hiyoshi Springs and Akashima Village, and also grow all over the routes leading to Shinto Shrines. Ghost of Tsushima offers an array of collectibles and locations to discover all across the three regions of the world map. They come in several colors - often depending on the region, and flash white like other resources as you draw near. It's also important to note that while all Merchants in the Izuhara region of Act 1 share the same goods, you can find new dyes and headgear in the main towns of Toyotama and Kamigata (though the survivor camps may not alter their selection).įlowers can be found growing literally all over Tsushima - from riversides to meadows, deep woods, and treacherous mountain peaks. Once they are bought, you can swap between them at any time. It can also be dyed several colors.Īll of the merchants goods, including armor dyes, will cost Flowers as currency to make the dyes. This armor provides several exploration bonuses, and can be further upgraded to increase these bonuses. The first time you talk to a Merchant, they will offer you a free armor as a gift, the Traveler's Attire.
